Transformational coaching
In each of us there are unconscious dynamics that run our lives. Our experiences, memories and the resulting underlying beliefs and assumptions greatly influence how we are and how we perceive the world. The challenges in our lives (pain, loss, frustration, negative emotions, stress) take courage to look at, but are valuable opportunities to discover our most genuine self.
Transformational Coaching is about the change that occurs when you recognise who you are at the core and make space for what lives inside you. Which aspects of you want to be seen and lived? Where do you hold back? (Re)discovering who you are under the thoughts, fears and perceptions that you've learnt to believe in, is a liberating experience. Behavioural patterns that are no longer desired or necessary can dissolve, old pain can be healed and new possibilities arise.
From the idea that true happiness cannot be found outside yourself, we dive under the surface and investigate bodily experience, emotions and perceptions through the powerful processes of Deep Coaching and Compassionate Inquiry, also drawing from various disciplines in the field of psychology and inner development work where appropriate.

Compassionate Inquiry
Compassionate Inquiry is a trauma-informed psychotherapeutic and somatic approach aimed at understanding the underlying causes of physical, emotional or spiritual pain. Through self-exploration, we develop awareness to the repressed emotions embedded in the body. Recognizing and letting go of painful (early) experiences, which often lie at the root of difficulties in adult life, leads to profound personal growth and healing in a large number of areas:

Deep Coaching
Deep Coaching helps to deepen your awareness to an inner knowing that is always accessible, even when it seems clouded or hidden. It goes beyond just wanting 'to fix the problem' and focusses on self-actualisation: recognising what we want from our authentic sense of self, and letting go of what is no longer needed. More than everyday growth and change, it aims to facilitate a shift in how we experience ourselves and our place in the world. Deep Coaching supports recovering processes in body, soul, mind and spirit and creating to make an integrated life experience possible.

Our sessions
The coaching space is an open and safe and confidential environment where you can share whatever comes up and that is important to you. Everything is welcome. I am open to and comfortable with any question big or small that you want to explore in the sessions. How deep or far we go is entirely up to you, you take the steps that you are ready for and in the time that you need. What we discover in our time together can be applied immediately outside the sessions, making you increasingly your own 'guide'. Sessions are typically around an hour.
I consider it a privilige and a pleasure to work with you towards deep and lifelong changes in your life, that are grounded in who you truly are and are connected to your highest values.
